1. What we collect
We collect the information you give us — your name, email or phone number, your role, the offers, rides and deliveries you post, and your ratings. To match rides and deliveries, we also use your location when you allow it.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run GoLouma: to sign you in, show your requests to the right people, help drivers and couriers find you, and let users rate each other. We send you the codes and notices you need to use the service.
3. What others see
Your contact details stay private until both sides confirm an exchange. Other users see the information needed to make and compare offers, such as your first name, your ratings and the details of what you posted.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the service providers that help us operate — for example message and payment providers — and when the law requires it.
5. Keeping your data safe
We use passwordless one-time codes and secure connections to protect your account. Never share your code with anyone.
6. Your choices
You can view and update your profile at any time. You can ask us to delete your account through the app. You control when GoLouma may use your location.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the app.
