1. About GoLouma
GoLouma is a platform that connects buyers, sellers, drivers and couriers. You post what you need — an item, a ride, an intercity trip or a delivery — and others send you offers. You compare them and choose.
2. Your account
You sign in without a password. We send a one-time 6-digit code to your email or phone. Keep your phone and email safe, and do not share your code with anyone. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Offers, rides and deliveries
GoLouma helps people find each other. The agreement for a sale, a ride or a delivery is between the two users. Check the details, the price and the other person's ratings before you accept. Confirm the item or service before you pay.
4. Payments
You can pay with the mobile wallet you already use, such as Wave or Orange Money. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm. GoLouma is not a bank and does not hold your money.
5. Fair use
Be honest and respectful. Do not post illegal, dangerous or misleading items, and do not use GoLouma to harm, defraud or harass others. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Ratings
After each transaction, users can rate each other. Ratings help everyone trust the platform. Rate honestly and fairly.
7. Responsibility
GoLouma provides the platform "as is" and connects users, but does not guarantee any offer, ride or delivery. To the extent allowed by law, GoLouma is not liable for what happens between users.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make important changes, we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use GoLouma means you accept the updated terms.
